About The Position

This role supports end‑to-end supply chain operations by analyzing product flow, resolving daily exceptions, and implementing process improvements across the global logistics network. This Senior Analyst for Supply Chain NVOCC helps ensure efficient movement of goods, accurate documentation, and strong coordination between internal teams, suppliers, and transportation partners. You will join the Walmart Supply Chain Global Logistics team, supporting NVOCC operations and international freight movement. In this role, you will report to the Supply Chain Manager. The team oversees container documentation, shipment tracking from origin, customs follow‑ups and resolving operational issues across the global network.

Requirements

  • Ability to analyze operational data and identify trends, root causes, and improvement opportunities.
  • Strong communication skills to collaborate with suppliers, transportation partners, and internal teams.
  • Experience supporting logistics operations, including documentation, shipment tracking, and issue resolution.
  • Comfort working in a fast‑paced environment with competing priorities and evolving business needs.
  • A continuous‑improvement mindset with interest in process optimization and operational efficiency.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business, or related field OR 2 years’ experience in logistics, distribution, transportation, or related area.

Nice To Haves

  • You have experience supporting international freight operations, including container documentation, customs follow‑ups, and NVOCC workflows.
  • You have previous experience analyzing supply chain data to improve service levels or reduce operational waste.
  • You have supported cross‑functional process improvement initiatives involving suppliers, transportation partners, and distribution centers.
  • You have experience identifying root causes of shipping, receiving, or inventory exceptions and implementing corrective actions.

Responsibilities

  • Support daily supply chain operations by analyzing data, resolving escalations, and improving product flow across distribution centers and fulfillment networks.
  • Partner with cross‑functional teams to implement process improvements, monitor timelines, and ensure consistent execution of supply chain procedures.
  • Serve as a liaison to field operations by communicating expectations to suppliers and transportation partners and supporting issue resolution.
  • Review shipping, receiving, inventory, and return‑related exceptions; identify root causes; and recommend sustainable solutions.
  • Contribute to the design and rollout of improved supply chain processes, including cost‑reduction opportunities and efficiency enhancements.
