About The Position

In this sourcing role, you help the business grow by finding the right talent in the market. You focus on identifying where candidates are, engaging strong prospects, and bringing them into the hiring process. Partnering closely with recruiters and hiring leaders, you build pipelines, surface hard‑to‑find talent, and support hiring needs before they become urgent. Using market insight, research, and outreach, your work directly improves the quality and speed of our hires. About the team: Our Talent Acquisition team ensures the business achieves its goals by placing the right talent in the right roles at the right time. We collaborate with leaders to understand hiring needs, develop workforce plans, and deliver strong candidate pipelines. Utilizing market insights, data, and sound judgment, the team accelerates hiring processes and improves decision-making. From high-volume to specialized roles, Talent Acquisition supports critical business areas. Requirements

  • Strong sourcing experience with passive candidate engagement and custom search strategies
  • Data‑driven mindset, using insights to adjust and improve sourcing approaches
  • Proven ability to find and attract talent across competitive markets
  • Comfortable managing multiple searches in a fast‑paced, changing environment
  • Motivated by large‑scale, high‑impact work
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, human resources, or related area OR 2 years’ experience in human resources, talent acquisition or related area.

Responsibilities

  • Use data, tools, and market insight to inform sourcing strategy and improve talent decisions
  • Build sourcing plans and identify talent aligned to business needs
  • Partner with recruiters and hiring leaders to advise on fit, priorities, and trade‑offs
  • Develop pipelines, surface hard‑to-find talent, and expand sourcing channels
  • Leverage sourcing tools to track activity, share insights, and strengthen talent pools
