Job Summary Leads SG&A planning, forecasting, and analysis for Technology Services projects, partnering with PMO and TS leaders to ensure accurate project financials and informed investment decisions. Job Description Key Accountabilities • Own project level SG&A forecasting and budgeting for Technology Services, including CapEx/OpEx distinctions and multi-year project views. • Develop and maintain robust project financial models that reflect timelines, resource plans, and funding requirements. • Conduct detailed variance analysis on project costs vs budget/forecast and clearly explain drivers to PMO and TS leadership. • Partner with PMO to validate project financial assumptions, track change requests, and assess budget implications and funding needs. • Ensure alignment of TS project financials with enterprise planning guidelines and consolidate project inputs into TS and SG&A views. • Recommend and help implement process and tooling enhancements for project financial tracking, reporting, and SAP/SAC integration. Education, Experience & Skill Requirements • Minimum: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field. • Minimum: 3–5 years of FP&A or project finance experience, including at least 2 years supporting Technology or project based functions. • Advanced Excel modeling skills; capable of building and maintaining multi project, multi year financial models. • Strong communication skills; able to translate complex project financials into clear insights for non-finance stakeholders. • Working knowledge of SAP and planning tools (e.g., SAC, S/4, WorkDay Adaptive); familiarity with project accounting concepts and PMO processes. • Preferred: Experience with Technology Services cost structures and project portfolio management.
