About The Position

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Perform transaction review on a daily basis  Reconcile initiated transactions against bank data Prepare monthly and quarterly client-facing reports and presentations for various business units Perform quality reviews to ensure data accuracy and minimize risk Apply business judgment to identify unusual activities and escalate issues as appropriate Drive Organizational Change: Review existing team processes to identify inefficiencies and opportunities for automation or streamlining. Serve as a subject matter expert to external partners and efficiently communicate project updates to internal stakeholders. Control & Compliance: Ensure effective and consistent compliance with control procedures, risk controls, and high-quality assurance standards. Review, update, and create procedures.   BASIC QUALIFICATIONS Bachelor’s degree required. 0-2 years of relevant professional experience. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with a strong emphasis on Excel.   PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy  Data analytic skills and problem-solving ability Finance and/or accounting experience Payment processing experience Ability to remain composed under pressure and adapt in a fast-changing environment Clear written and verbal communication skills and a proactive, team-oriented approach

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree required.
  • 0-2 years of relevant professional experience.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with a strong emphasis on Excel.
