Job Overview The Senior Analyst, Customer Relationship Management ensures measurement and analyses of the impact of email and mobile messaging programs. With a comprehensive command of data-analysis tools and techniques, they design analysis frameworks, monitor engagement and performance, and present actionable recommendations through beautiful data stories. Additionally, the Senior Analyst serves as the subject matter expert in Email and Mobile Messaging measurement. They closely partner with the CRM team to provide tactical insights and recommendations based on historical and current performance of the Email and Mobile Messaging programs for Macy’s.
