HealthPartners is currently hiring a Senior Application Analyst and Developer – HealthPlan Systems. This critical role supports pharmacy operations by designing, developing, and maintaining applications that keep our services running seamlessly. The position works closely with business and clinical teams to understand requirements and deliver practical, innovative solutions. Key responsibilities include developing and enhancing applications using Microsoft Power Suite tools—Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI—while migrating legacy MS Access systems to modern platforms. The role also oversees multiple in-house pharmacy applications, including new initiatives such as Medication Therapy Management and updates to specialty pharmacy pricing and rebate processes. Success in this position requires balancing technical development with business analysis, collaborating within a small pharmacy IT team, mentoring colleagues, and guiding best practices for system development.
