Responsibilities

Build strong, multi-project client relationships.
Provide strategic guidance for major project pursuits and long-term accounts.
Align architectural strategy with business and market objectives.
Support Business Development with proposals, presentations, and positioning.
Identify opportunities for service and design innovation.
Oversee workload planning, staffing, and performance.
Maintain design standards, QA/QC processes, and best practices.
Mentor architects and designers; support licensure and career growth.
Resolve complex technical, code, and constructability challenges.
Lead initiatives focused on technology, process improvement, and training.
Champion safety-by-design principles in all projects.
Partner with Operations and Risk Management to ensure designs reduce hazards and promote safety.
