About The Position

Sr. Area Executive Chef – Multi‑Site Culinary Leadership Location: Nashville, TN (Headquarters) + Three Nashville LocationsCompany: Sodexo Corporate Services Inspire Culinary Excellence Across a Premier Corporate Portfolio Sodexo Corporate Services is seeking an accomplished Sr. Area Executive Chef to lead the culinary vision and strategy for a major HCA multi‑site operation based in Nashville TN, with oversight of three additional Nashville locations. Our operation is a mix of cafes, catering, coffee bar and a daycare feeding This is a high-impact, visible leadership role ideal for a chef who excels in innovation, training, and multi‑unit operations—and who is passionate about raising culinary standards across diverse service lines.

Requirements

  • Proven multi-unit and multi-site culinary leadership experience
  • Strong background in café operations and corporate catering
  • Exceptional communication, training, and coaching abilities
  • A passion for innovation, quality, and elevating the guest experience
  • Strong understanding of culinary brand standards and execution
  • Ability to build strong client partnerships and deliver operational excellence
  • Minimum Education Requirement - Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experienceMinimum Management Experience - 5 yearsMinimum Functional Experience - 3 years

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the culinary lead across all four HCA locations
  • Develop and execute innovative café and catering programs
  • Implement and ensure compliance with Modern Recipe, the Sodexo culinary brand
  • Drive menu creativity, seasonal offerings, and exceptional food presentation
  • Ensure culinary consistency across all sites, elevating standards and guest experience
  • Lead health, food safety, and sanitation initiatives
  • Conduct weekly culinary calls with site-level chefs
  • Visit one location weekly to complete audits and coaching
  • Lead and develop a team of 7 salaried Executive Chefs across the region
  • Provide hands-on training, mentorship, and skill development
  • Build a collaborative culinary culture grounded in excellence and innovation
  • Serve as the on-site Executive Chef at the headquarters campus
  • Guide daily culinary operations for cafés and high-volume catering
  • Support special events, menu rollouts, and high-profile client engagements
