Requirements
- Juris Doctorate from an accredited law school.
- Admitted to practice in Florida.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in insurance defense and general liability.
- Strong research, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Exceptional oral and written communication skills.
Responsibilities
- Manage a diverse caseload of general liability matters.
- Represent clients effectively in court, mediations, and settlement negotiations.
- Provide legal analysis and advice to clients on potential exposure and risk management strategies.
- Engage in legal research, draft pleadings, and prepare discovery.
- Work collaboratively with support staff and other attorneys to ensure best outcomes for clients.
