You will receive 18 remote workdays per quarter to use at your discretion, subject to manager approval. For example, you may choose to work in the office 4 days per week and take one remote day weekly (typically 13 weeks per quarter), leaving 5 additional remote days to be used as needed. The Senior Associate, Business Intelligence, is a hands-on analytical partner within Global Private Wealth (GPW) Commercial Operation. This role works closely with IT, data engineering, sales and marketing teams to design and scale Snowflake-based data structures, develop dashboards, and deliver reporting that supports commercial decision-making across GPW. Embedded within GPW Commercial Operations, this role ensures consistency in data architecture, metric definition, and reporting across sales and marketing activities. By establishing a structured and scalable data foundation, the Senior Associate enables a unified view of commercial performance and supports direct alignment to pipeline development, fundraising, and sales outcomes.

Requirements

  • Advanced experience with Power BI, including dashboard development, data modeling, and Data Analysis Expressions (DAX)
  • Strong proficiency in SQL for querying, transforming, and validating data
  • Experience working with Snowflake or similar cloud-based data platforms
  • Understanding data modeling, data pipelines, and reporting architecture
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights
  • Ability to collaborate effectively across sales, marketing, technology, and analytics teams
  • Bachelor of Arts (B.A), Bachelor of Science (B.S), or equivalent experience
  • 7–10 years in marketing and/or distribution analytics, marketing operations, or comparable positions preferred

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in asset management, private markets, wealth management, or financial services strongly preferred

Responsibilities

  • Data Architecture & Snowflake Partnership Partner with IT and data engineering teams to design, refine, and scale Snowflake data models aligned to GPW use cases
  • Translate business requirements into structured data models, tables, and views that enable scalable analytics
  • Integrate data across CRM, marketing platforms, and transaction systems to support consistent and reliable reporting
  • Anticipate future analytical needs and evolve data models to support advanced and emerging use cases
  • Dashboard Development & Reporting Delivery Design, build, and maintain Power BI dashboards used by sales, marketing, and leadership teams
  • Develop reporting across fundraising, pipeline, forecasting, sales activity, and marketing performance
  • Establish dashboard standards and reusable patterns to improve consistency and usability across GPW reporting
  • Ensure dashboards are intuitive, visually compelling, and structured to support decision-making
  • Metric Ownership & Commercial Performance Framework Define and maintain core KPIs supporting GPW commercial performance across pipeline, fundraising, advisor engagement, and marketing activity
  • Ensure consistency of metrics across regions, platforms, and reporting outputs
  • Partner with business and technology teams to improve data quality, completeness, and standardization
  • Ad Hoc Analysis & Insight Delivery Conduct deep-dive analysis on sales performance, marketing effectiveness, and distribution trends
  • Identify patterns, gaps, and opportunities across pipeline progression and engagement activity
  • Translate complex data into clear, actionable insights that support sales prioritization and commercial strategy
