Job Title: Senior Associate CSO Duration: Full Time Location: Houston, TX Key Responsibilities: • Act as a primary point of contact for external clients, resolving complex day-to-day operational issues related to structured debt and CLO transactions. • Support clients in addressing and resolving complex operational, reporting, and technical issues, ensuring timely and accurate execution of client requests. • Coordinate across internal teams to route inquiries, manage escalations, and deliver effective solutions. • Provide assigned clients with information related to products and services across multiple lines of business and geographies, leveraging a strong understanding of the broader platform. To be successful in this role, we’re seeking the following: • A bachelor's degree or the equivalent combination of education and experience is required. • 5–7 years of total work experience preferred, with experience in structured debt, CLOs, or related credit products. • Advanced problem-solving skills and judgment, with the ability to analyze complex information and deliver high-quality service to a specialized client base. • Strong client service and communication skills, including experience interacting directly with external clients. • Client Operations and/or Client Reporting experience within financial services strongly preferred. • Corporate Trust experience strongly preferred. • CLO/CDO experience strongly preferred. • Experience with SOLVAS strongly preferred. • Finance, accounting, compliance, reporting, and/or reconciliation background strongly preferred. • No direct reports; provides guidance and support to less experienced team members.
