Requirements

  • Strong proficiency in Python, SQL
  • Experience in machine learning & data science
  • Experience with agentic coding tools and AI-assisted workflows
  • Familiarity with software development best practices and tools (Git/GitHub, version control, code review, CI/CD)
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Advanced degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related quantitative field.

Responsibilities

  • Support experimental actuarial modeling initiatives
  • Contribute to the design and development of agentic AI workflows and tooling across the Finance organization
  • Partner with teams across finance to apply data science, machine learning, and AI capabilities to high-priority analytical problems
  • Translate complex quantitative and technical concepts into clear recommendations for both technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Research and evaluate emerging tools, frameworks, and methodologies to continuously improve how the organization works
