Requirements
- Strong proficiency in Python, SQL
- Experience in machine learning & data science
- Experience with agentic coding tools and AI-assisted workflows
- Familiarity with software development best practices and tools (Git/GitHub, version control, code review, CI/CD)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related quantitative field.
Responsibilities
- Support experimental actuarial modeling initiatives
- Contribute to the design and development of agentic AI workflows and tooling across the Finance organization
- Partner with teams across finance to apply data science, machine learning, and AI capabilities to high-priority analytical problems
- Translate complex quantitative and technical concepts into clear recommendations for both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Research and evaluate emerging tools, frameworks, and methodologies to continuously improve how the organization works
