As a Senior Associate Project Manager at Capital One, you can achieve results you never thought possible by leading critical and strategic business projects. In this exciting role, you will be responsible for Retail Bank deposit growth and Savings / CD Pricing and Product Strategy. You will partner closely with stakeholders across SAFE as well as Finance, Marketing, Product, Legal / Compliance to deliver results that will have direct impact on the bottom line of the company.   • Setting interest rates on our Savings and CD products to help achieve growth targets
  • Improving our customer experience and product features
  • Analyzing competitors and incorporating best industry practices
  • Developing and executing on our go-forward product strategy
  • Integrating Discover deposit products
  • Manage new product launches - including credit decision support, LAUNCH process, and coordination with Product, Marketing, and Legal/Compliance teams
  • Manage Discover integration to Capital One products - partner with integration team and SAFE leadership on key milestones and decisions
  • Coordinate materials, lead meeting, and develop list of follow-ups for our SAFE team monthly business review meetings (MBRs) + coordinate slide completion for MAPS MBR
  • Well managed team documentation - rate change controls, audit material support, updating team control and process docs
  • Site and disclosure update management for Savings and CD
  • Summarize and raise complaint themes across SAV and CD to inform CX and product agenda
  • Partner with Legal and Compliance on relevant risk events as they arise to help drive towards solutions and remediation
  • Consumer deposit exception mailbox process improvement
  • SAFE culture and collaboration leader

  • Attend SAFE stand-ups to foster x-team collaboration where needed
  • Help build team repository to document key analytical projects / presentations
  • Bachelor's Degree or Military experience
  • At least 3 years of Project Management experience
  • 5+ years of Project Management experience
  • PMP, Lean, Agile or Six Sigma certification
