About The Position

Senior Associate, Process - Data Management As a data management process team member on the Enterprise Customer Data Management team, you will be partnering with engineers and product owners in making sure our data meets the highest levels of quality and governance. Our divisional data footprint is expansive and leveraged across the entire organization. As a data management team member you will leverage process management and technical skills to document, build, and maintain well-managed data solutions in our target state platforms. This is a hands-on, tactical, and visible role that will allow an individual to partner with multiple teams and various levels of the organization in successfully managing this expansive data footprint. In this role you will: Support the enterprise customer team and partner towers in converging data consumers from legacy systems to modernized infrastructure Partner with Card line of business and platform team members understanding existing processes, tools, and data footprint delivering a scalable data consumer strategy for operational and analytical use cases Lead data consumer onboarding sessions enabling convergence at scale, meeting governance requirements, and generating insights Develop and maintain data consumer job aids and self service documentation

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree or Military Experience
  • At least 2 years of process or project management experience
  • At least 2 years of Google Suite experience
  • At least 1 year of experience working with engineering teams

Nice To Haves

  • Master’s Degree in Business Management, Process Management, Project Management, Computer Science or Information Systems
  • Experience with NPI / PII and Privacy data rules
  • 1+ years of experience with data analytics
  • 1+ years of programming skills (SQL, Python, etc.
