About The Position

The Senior Associate, Programmatic Trading, independently manages mid-size campaigns and begins to mentor junior team members. This role expands technical expertise in programmatic buying, optimizes performance across multiple campaigns, and strengthens client-facing skills while preparing for leadership responsibilities. Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
  • 1–3 years of experience in programmatic digital advertising or public affairs preferred.
  • Strong understanding of DSPs, ad-serving platforms, and social platforms.
  • Proficiency in Excel and campaign reporting.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.

Responsibilities

  • Independently manage mid-size programmatic advertising campaigns with limited oversight.
  • Optimize campaigns using data analysis, budget allocation, and advanced platform knowledge.
  • Develop client-facing reports and present performance insights to Managers.
  • Provide quality control across multiple concurrent campaigns.
  • Mentor and train new Associates on systems and processes.
  • Contribute to cross-team task forces as assigned.
  • Complete expense reports accurately and on time.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
