Requirements

2+ years of experience in financial services, strategy, analytics, operations, or program support roles
Strong proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint, with experience creating leadership-ready materials
Strong analytical skills with the ability to synthesize data into clear, concise insights
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple priorities
Ability to work effectively across teams and influence without authority
Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, evolving environment
Bachelor’s degree required

Responsibilities

Support the strategy, execution, and ongoing operations of the Select Advisor program within J.P. Morgan Wealth Management.
Focus on data analysis, advisor enablement, campaign execution, and cross-functional coordination to scale the Select channel and ensure a consistent advisor and client experience.
Partner closely with Select Field Leadership, Strategy & Execution, Product, Marketing, and Analytics teams to turn priorities into action and track progress.
Support execution of Select Advisor initiatives, pilots, and national programs.
Coordinate deliverables and manage dependencies, handoffs, and timelines across Field Leadership, Strategy, Marketing, Product, and Operations partners.
Analyze advisor and program data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities within the Select channel.
Maintain dashboards, trackers, and reports to monitor adoption, participation, and outcomes.
Support ad hoc analysis for leadership discussions, planning sessions, and decision-making.
Track advisor questions, feedback, and issues, coordinating follow-ups and maintaining advisor-ready resources such as guides, FAQs, and reference materials.
Support tracking and management of Select Advisor cohorts, surfacing risks, gaps, and execution challenges early to help frame options and recommendations for leadership.
Assist with preparation for leadership meetings, reviews, and key initiatives for Select, including pilots and national launches.
