About The Position

As a Senior Associate, you will contribute to the development of OCC’s next-generation risk systems and digital transformation initiatives. Primary Duties and Responsibilities: To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each primary duty satisfactorily. Assist in delivering complex projects involving multiple systems. Develop and enhance application code, perform unit testing, and troubleshoot issues. Participate in performance optimization efforts. Contribute to evaluating tools and technologies. Engage in code reviews and continuous improvement. Support secure software delivery using SonarQube, Sysdig, Veracode, and Black Duck. Participate in CI/CD automation using Jenkins and containerization with Docker, Harness, and Rancher. Build or update Splunk dashboards. Contribute to design discussions and proof‑of‑concept efforts. Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience developing high‑speed, data‑centric systems.
  • 3+ years Java development experience.
  • Experience with distributed computing frameworks like FLINK, Apache Spark, Kafka Streams, etc.
  • Experience with messaging systems like Kafka.
  • Familiarity with cloud technologies.
  • Understanding of CI/CD, DevOps tools, Git workflows, and testing frameworks.
  • Experience with databases.
  • Monitoring tools experience.
  • Strong understanding of OOP, microservices, REST APIs, and Java 8+.
  • BS degree in Computer Science, similar technical field required

  • OCP Java SE 8 Programmer Certification
  • AWS Certified Solutions Architect – Associate Level
  • MS in Computer Science
