The role requires strong hands‑on automation experience, framework development skills, and the ability to provide technical leadership to offshore teams.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in test automation or quality engineering
- Strong Selenium and Java experience
- Experience designing or contributing to automation frameworks
- Knowledge of CI/CD tools and processes
- Experience working with distributed teams
- Understanding of SDLC, STLC, Agile, and DevOps
Nice To Haves
- Experience with WebDriverIO, Playwright, or Mabl
- API automation experience
- Financial Services or Insurance background
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain automated test frameworks using Selenium and Java
- Execute hands‑on automation scripting and test execution
- Support API automation using RestAssured or similar tools
- Collaborate with DevOps on CI/CD integration and reporting
- Review automation code and mentor offshore team members
- Establish automation standards and best practices
- Partner with development and QA teams to improve software quality
