We are seeking a cloud engineering professional with deep expertise in enterprise-scale migrations, modern identity architectures, and Azure-based service delivery. The ideal candidate will have proven experience designing and executing migrations across application services, identity platforms, and governance frameworks—particularly in environments transitioning from on-premises to cloud-native operations. This role requires strong technical leadership in Azure infrastructure, Terraform-driven automation, Microsoft Purview implementations, and Virtual Desktop deployments. Candidates should bring consultative experience, demonstrated architectural capability, and a solid understanding of cloud best practices across security, automation, compliance, and hybrid integration. As part of our team, you will lead customers through complex cloud transformations, ensuring secure, scalable, and well-governed Azure environments built to support mission-critical workloads.

Requirements

Expert-level knowledge regarding MS Azure IaaS service (i.e. compute, networking, databases, storage, backup and archive, DR, security, monitoring etc).
Experience with Application Migration to Azure (ASR).
Experience with establishing technical strategy and architecture at an enterprise level.
Strong expertise in MS Azure Security & Identity services (i.e. Domain Services, Azure Security Center, Azure Governance).
Understanding networking topologies, load balancing and segmentation.
Assessment and demonstration of new technologies, capacity planning and performance tuning.
Experience working on Azure Cloud project delivery i.e. responsible for:
Project deliverables.
Technical and architectural oversight.
Project delivery approach.
Delivery performance – working with delivery and PM teams.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Experience working with diverse geographically distributed teams.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Electronics, Information Systems (related field) or equivalent experience.
5+ years of experience with demonstrated Cloud architecture projects and deployments.
5+ years of experience with Cloud solutions, platforms and technologies.
1-2+ years of experience across the business development life-cycle (i.e. Pre-Sales, Solution Architecture, Pricing and Proposal Development).
3 + years in IT Consulting
Must have extensive working experience with Microsoft technologies

Experience with Okta is ideal as well.

Responsibilities

Designing, testing, and implementing application service migrations in both a manual and automated manner.
Working closely with client operational resources in updating their on-prem practices to include cloud.
Hands-on experience implementing Microsoft Purview across enterprise-scale environments
Proven ability to design and operationalize Purview classifications, labeling, and DLP policies
Experience with end-to-end Purview integration across M365, Azure, and hybrid workloads
Strong background in migrating identity systems across M365 tenants or Active Directory forests
Expertise with Azure Active Directory / Entra ID restructuring and domain cutover processes
Experience in directory synchronization, authentication method transitions, and identity hardening
Experience with Okta is ideal as well.
Experience deploying and managing Azure Virtual Desktop environments
Strong Terraform expertise in enterprise-scale cloud deployments
Experience building, maintaining, and versioning Terraform modules for Azure environments.
Skilled in GitOps workflows, automated CI/CD pipelines, and infrastructure state management.
Be certified or demonstrate the ability to become certified as an Azure Cloud Solution Architect.
Lead requirement gathering, analysis, and solution development for MS Azure cloud-based solutions.
Architect, design and implement plans for deploying complex application workloads on MS Azure.
Architect highly available, backup, and disaster recovery solutions on MS Azure.
Partner with project teams, functional architects, system specialists, and other technical resources and its customers.
Lead projects, remotely, in a hands-on role driving Azure cloud migration/adoption from inception to production.
Assume responsibility for technical presentations.
Mentor and provide technical oversight and guidance to implementation teams while working in a coordinated manner to deliver and deploy the designed architecture.
Provide Cloud/Azure thought leadership through publications and speaking engagements as needed.
Excellent written and oral communication skills. Ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical staff.
Experience creating and presenting client solution proposals.
