About The Position

abra is seeking for a Backend Developer!
We are looking for a skilled Senior Backend Developer to develop and to maintain systems using C#.
This role requires developing core components of complex systems, infrastructure development, requirement analysis, and detailed software design.
Full-time position based in the Central District, Israel

Requirements

• B.Sc. in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or Electrical Engineering – mandatory.
• At least 5 years of experience in developing core software components in complex systems as part of a development team – mandatory.
• Experience with CI/CD, DevOps, and source control processes – mandatory.
• Proficiency in C# and .NET technologies – mandatory.
• Willingness to travel abroad – mandatory.
• Ability to work under pressure and lead cross-matrix teams – mandatory.
• Ability to work under pressure and willingness to travel abroad
• Willingness to mentor and lead team members

Nice To Haves

• Familiarity with EW (Electronic Warfare) and Command & Control systems – an advantage.
• Experience with Cloud, Web, SaaS, React JS technologies – an advantage.
• Experience in algorithm development – an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Development and maintenance of core components within complex, multidisciplinary, high-performance systems.
• Development of application-level infrastructures.
• Analysis of requirements and creation of detailed software design specifications.
• Planning and execution of integration and implementation processes for system-of-systems architectures, for both internal and external customers.
• Participation in formal system delivery processes for customers in Israel and abroad.
