About The Position

SSP America is looking for a detail‑driven, service‑focused Senior Benefits Specialist who’s passionate about helping people. In this role, you’ll ensure employees receive accurate, timely benefits support while owning critical data processes that keep our programs running smoothly.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 2+ years of benefits administration experience
  • Highschool diploma or equivalent required, Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy
  • Excellent communication skills and a passion for helping others
  • Experience with HRIS systems and understanding of ERISA, ACA, HIPAA & COBRA
  • High sense of ownership, professionalism, and integrity
  • Ability to travel up to 10% within the U.S. and Canada
  • Ability to pass required background checks and airport security clearances

Responsibilities

  • Deliver exceptional customer service to employees and managers with clear, timely, and accurate benefits support
  • Maintain precise HRIS and vendor data, ensuring every update is accurate and compliant
  • Resolve discrepancies, support audits, and safeguard data integrity
  • Partner with Payroll, HRIS, People Services, Operations, and vendors to keep processes seamless
  • Support benefit communications, education, and engagement initiatives
  • Contribute to ongoing improvements that enhance the employee experience
