About The Position

The Senior Brand Designer & Digital Creative Lead will be responsible for elevating the visual identity and creative output of the Honest Abe brand across all marketing channels. This role goes beyond basic graphic design. You will lead the development of high-performing marketing creative across paid advertising, digital campaigns, print materials, websites, and franchise marketing assets. The ideal candidate has strong design taste, modern digital design experience, and the ability to create scalable creative systems that maintain brand consistency across multiple markets. You will collaborate closely with the performance marketing, web development, video, and content teams to produce creative that is both visually compelling and conversion-focused.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of professional graphic design experience
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating both brand design and marketing creative
  • Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing creative and conversion-focused design
  • Experience designing for both print and digital channels
  • Strong typography, layout, and visual hierarchy skills
  • Ability to translate marketing goals into effective creative concepts
  • Excellent attention to detail and organization
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment

  • Experience designing for paid media campaigns
  • Experience with landing page design and conversion-focused layouts

Responsibilities

  • Maintain and elevate the Honest Abe brand identity across all marketing channels
  • Ensure consistency in typography, color systems, layouts, and visual style
  • Create modern design systems and templates that scale across a multi-location franchise network
  • Serve as the creative quality control for marketing assets
  • Design high-performing creative for paid media campaigns across Google and Meta
  • Create landing page designs focused on lead generation and conversion
  • Develop visual concepts for digital campaigns, promotions, and seasonal marketing initiatives
  • Work with the paid media team to test new creative concepts and improve campaign performance
  • Design layouts and visual concepts for landing pages and website updates
  • Collaborate with the front-end developer to implement designs into WordPress
  • Ensure mobile responsiveness, clean UX, and strong visual hierarchy across all digital properties
  • Design high-impact marketing materials including: Door hangers Direct mail Billboards Sales collateral Yard signs Vehicle graphics
  • Create scalable creative templates that franchise locations can easily use
  • Work closely with the video producer and content team to maintain strong visual storytelling
  • Support social media campaigns with polished graphics and campaign visuals
  • Provide creative direction for video thumbnails, social content, and campaign assets
  • Build organized design systems and asset libraries
  • Maintain brand guidelines and creative standards
  • Help improve marketing production speed by creating repeatable templates and systems
