Playbypoint is the operating system for modern racquet sports clubs. We serve over 1,000 clubs across 35 countries and power some of the most ambitious sports brands (Reserve, Padel Haus, The Fort, Mouratoglou, etc). We are a fast-growing technology platform providing white-label apps, court booking systems, integrated payments, and operational tools for tennis, pickleball, padel, squash, and other sports facilities. We're at an inflection point. We have strong product-market fit, great retention, and growing traction. Now we need to build the marketing foundations to scale to 5,000 clubs while establishing Playbypoint as the obvious choice in our category. We're hiring our first in-house Designer to own creative execution across our entire marketing and GTM motion, reporting to the Head of Marketing. You'll translate strategic concepts into visual storytelling that resonates across our entire ecosystem - from club owners making purchasing decisions to players experiencing the product daily. This isn't a role for someone who needs detailed briefs or waits for feedback. We need someone who can hear a high-level brand concept and come back with a vision. You'll be the bleeding edge of human + AI creative work. We expect you to use AI tools to move faster and explore more ideas, but just as important, we need your taste, judgment, and craft to make the work exceptional. 1+1=3 thinking.
