Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in consulting, investment banking, corporate strategy, or a similarly rigorous analytical environment; healthcare experience is a plus.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with demonstrated experience owning complex projects end-to-end.
  • High level of operational excellence with the ability to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously.
  • Resourceful, proactive mindset with strong attention to detail and a bias toward action.
  • Comfort working in ambiguous, fast-evolving environments and shaping strategy through data and research.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present insights clearly to senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

  • Lead comprehensive market analyses to guide prioritization of geographic markets and payer partnership strategies.
  • Conduct detailed healthcare and policy research to inform partnership positioning, negotiation strategy, and long-term growth planning.
  • Build and optimize sales and partnership infrastructure to coordinate multiple parallel business development efforts efficiently.
  • Partner closely with senior leadership to translate analytical insights into actionable strategic initiatives.
  • Develop operational processes and tracking systems to ensure visibility, accountability, and performance measurement across partnerships.
  • Identify emerging opportunities within the healthcare ecosystem and proactively recommend data-driven expansion strategies.
