About The Position

At Exploring Graphics, our Business Development Managers are relationship builders, problem solvers, and opportunity creators. Based in Las Vegas, this role focuses on developing new business and growing client partnerships within the large-format graphics, trade show, and experiential industries. If you enjoy connecting with clients, identifying opportunities, and bringing creative graphic solutions to life, this role puts you right at the center of the action. The day often begins by reviewing active opportunities and connecting with clients across the industry. Las Vegas is one of the busiest event markets in the country, so Business Development Managers often spend part of the day out in the field meeting clients and building relationships. Back at the office, the focus shifts toward moving opportunities forward. Before wrapping up, Business Development Managers ensure that opportunities are documented and the next steps are clear. At Exploring Graphics, we partner with clients to deliver high-impact visual solutions for events, exhibits, and branded environments. If you enjoy building relationships, developing opportunities, and working in the energy of the Las Vegas events and graphics industry, we encourage you to apply.
