About this role: Wells Fargo is seeking a data driven, technically proficient Senior Business Execution Consultant to join the Branch Channel Management Strategy & Operations team. In this role, you will: Pull, clean, and manipulate large and granular datasets (customer level, block group level, demographic, and operational). Build high quality Power BI dashboards with optimized DAX measures, drill paths, tooltips, and KPIs that support executive business reviews. Develop automated scripts, ETL jobs, and reusable analytical pipelines using Python, SQL, and SAS. Streamline and automate manual processes, including the creation of business case decks, reporting packages, and recurring analytics. Support data infrastructure enhancements through query optimization, data modeling, and workflow orchestration. Apply statistical methods to analyze trends, test hypotheses, build forecasts, and derive actionable insights. Translate complex analytical output into clear, concise insights that inform branch strategy and senior leader decision making.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
  • 4+ years of Advanced data analytics and statistical modeling

Nice To Haves

  • Python Develop efficient, reusable scripts for data wrangling, validation, and analysis. Build scheduled jobs and automated workflows to support recurring reporting. Design scalable automation pipelines.
  • SQL Write and optimize complex SQL queries, stored procedures, and ETL logic. Build and maintain data models and analytical tables to support reporting and dashboards.
  • SAS Create SAS programs for data processing, transformations, and analytics. Migrate existing SAS logic into Python/SQL based pipelines where applicable.
  • Power BI/Tableau Build high performance dashboards with optimized DAX measures. Design intuitive drilldowns, tooltips, navigation, and KPI frameworks.
  • Alteryx Efficiently build automated, repeatable data workflows that streamline preparation, blending, analysis, and delivery across large and complex datasets.
  • Automation & Orchestration Identify opportunities to eliminate manual effort. Develop automations using Python, PowerShell, SAS, RPA tools, or workflow orchestrators. Skilled in developing automated, end‑to‑end data pipelines leveraging scripting, BI platforms, and coding, with strong expertise in statistical methods, data quality controls, and analytical governance.
  • Statistical Methods & Analysis Strong knowledge of hypothesis testing, probability, regression, ANOVA, clustering, and timeseries forecasting. Experience with SAS/STAT procedures (PROC REG, PROC GLM, PROC LOGISTIC, PROC ARIMA, PROC MIXED, PROC SURVEY). Ability to turn statistical results into business recommendations.
