About The Position

About this role: Wells Fargo is seeking a Senior Business Execution Consultant to lead execution and delivery of large‑scale B2B network and connectivity initiatives, acting as a bridge between engineering teams, internal business partners, and external clients. The role ensures disciplined change execution, strong governance, and end‑to‑end delivery for complex technical programs. In this role, you will: Lead and support B2B engineering initiatives across business and technology domains Partner with external clients, vendors, and internal Wells Fargo business groups Facilitate technical discussions to determine the best go‑forward connectivity solutions Own and manage ServiceNow change controls (authoring, scheduling, execution, and closure) Coordinate and facilitate pre‑change, change‑night, and post‑change meetings Lead live change execution during non‑business hours (9:00 PM – 6:00 AM ET) Open and manage change bridges, ensuring all required stakeholders are present Ensure adherence to approved implementation plans and testing procedures Close all required ServiceNow tasks promptly after execution Escalate unplanned outcomes and risks; identify and drive process improvements

Requirements

4+ years of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
Ability to work on-site in one of the listed locations in a hybrid environment
Ability to work outside of normal business hours during live production changes
