As a Senior Business Experience & Planning Specialist within PNC's Institutional Asset Management organization, you will be based in Pittsburgh, PA or Cleveland, OH. The Senior Business Experience & Planning Specialist for I-Hub Support is on the Institutional Asset Management (IAM) Digital team. In this role you will: Handle complex I Hub requests (enrollments, exceptions, demos, access/security settings, content changes, and special projects) Provide support and identify risk, control, and workflow gaps Partner with colleagues from IAM, AMG Operations, Private Bank, IAM Digital, and related operations/support teams to provide exceptional client service PNC is an in-office company that fosters a supportive culture where employees can thrive and achieve balance. Requirements

  • Successful candidates must demonstrate appropriate knowledge, skills, and abilities for a role.
  • Roles at this level typically require a university / college degree, with 3+ years of relevant / direct industry experience.
  • Certifications are often desired.

Responsibilities

  • Handle complex I Hub requests (enrollments, exceptions, demos, access/security settings, content changes, and special projects)
  • Provide support and identify risk, control, and workflow gaps
  • Partner with colleagues from IAM, AMG Operations, Private Bank, IAM Digital, and related operations/support teams to provide exceptional client service
  • Supports one or more line of business initiatives to understand, analyze, develop and implement key line of business solutions that will drive business objectives.
  • Demonstrates commitment to quality by delivering customer focus and appropriate risk management practices to customers and/or internal partners.
  • Understands the business problem, identifies complex issues and prepares and executes a planned approach for one or more line of business initiatives.
  • Defines and obtains data collection, research and reporting activities for assigned line of business initiatives.
  • Conducts research, analyzes and recommends solutions for key initiatives.
  • Works with key decision makers to ensure cross-business and cross-functional alignment and synergy.
  • Serves as subject matter resource and advocate that understands and implements best practices and learning plans to meet business objectives.
