About The Position

The Senior Business Operations Associate is responsible for supporting the IS department by assisting in the budget management, contract management, and/or program communications of assigned programs and processes. This person acts as a liaise between their Manager and the departments (both internal and external) they support, providing guidance and direction to successfully execute within the responsibilities. Requirements

  • 3-5 years of relevant experience.
  • Expert knowledge of Microsoft Office package.
  • Independently leads projects and meets deadlines.
  • Proven success working across IS teams as well as teams outside the department.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and emotional intelligence.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Outstanding coordination, facilitation, consultation and conflict resolution skills.

  • Strong knowledge of program and process management.
