Requirements

  • Versatile Deal-Maker: You blend the relentless drive of a top prospector (cold calls, outreach mastery) with the sharp intellect of a solutions architect, effortlessly demystifying programmatic ad buying, API integrations, and CPM strategies.
  • AdTech Trailblazer: Rooted in high-stakes environments like Google Ads, The Trade Desk, or performance agencies, you grasp that true success lies in delivering measurable outcomes, not fleeting buzz.

Responsibilities

  • Aggressive Outbound Prospecting: Lead the charge as the frontline innovator, spotting and engaging top-tier brands with compelling pitches on the "Beast Model"—elevating beyond superficial sponsorships to ROI-focused, search-optimized creator campaigns.
  • Close High-Impact Contracts: Master the art of sealing high-touch deals, negotiating substantial insertion orders (IOs), and maneuvering through intricate brand procurement mazes with precision and confidence.
  • Solution Design: Channel your technical expertise to diagnose brands' data challenges (like seamless clean room integrations) and craft tailored pitches that deliver immediate value through our cutting-edge services.
  • The Feedback Engine: Turn every interaction into actionable gold—translating brand objections, demands, and wins into precise user stories that empower our engineering team to build smarter, faster.
  • Curate the Alpha Vanguard: Hand-select the inaugural 5-10 powerhouse brands for our Alpha Launch (May 2026), prioritizing partners who will rigorously test and validate our ecosystem for explosive growth.
