As a Sr. Business Strategy Consultant within the Global Parts Pricing (GPP) Strategy team, you will lead strategic initiatives that drive business performance across a global organization. This role blends strategic thinking with pricing knowledge, requiring leadership presence to influence direction, guide decision-making, and drive meaningful progress. You will gain broad exposure to pricing strategy, senior stakeholders, and cross functional collaboration with opportunities to increase responsibility. This position is ideal for professionals who take initiative and ownership of their work.

Requirements

Data Gathering & Analysis: Knowledge of data gathering and analysis tools, techniques, and processes; ability to collect and synthesize data from a variety of stakeholders and sources in an objective manner to reach a conclusion, goal, or judgment.
Strategic Thinking: Knowledge of the importance of "big picture" thinking and planning; ability to apply organizational acumen and competitiveness to identify and maintain focus on key success factors for the organization.
Bachelor’s degree
6+ years of relevant professional experience

Responsibilities

Manage cross-functional project teams, fostering collaboration and momentum toward shared business goals
Communicate clearly and effectively with both technical and business stakeholders, tailoring messages as needed

Develop structured frameworks and analyses to help clarify complex or ambiguous business challenges
Partner with stakeholders at varying levels to manage expectations, priorities, and deliverables
Plan and facilitate team meetings, working sessions, and/or workshops to drive progress and alignment
Deploy change management to ensure successful adoption of processes, tools, and/or strategies
