About The Position

Become a part of our caring community and help us put health first The Senior Business Systems Analysis Professional performs analysis of business, process and user needs, documentation of requirements, cost/benefit analysis and translation into proper system requirement specifications. The Senior Business Systems Analysis Professional work assignments involve moderately complex to complex issues where the analysis of situations or data requires an in-depth evaluation of variable factors. The Senior Business Systems Analysis Professional formulates and defines systems and objectives based on both user needs and a good understanding of applicable business systems and industry requirements. Devises or modifies procedures and processes to solve complex problems considering system capabilities and limitations, operating time, and form of desired results. Validates benefits achieved from solution implementation. Begins to influence department’s strategy. Makes decisions on moderately complex to complex issues regarding technical approach for project components, and work is performed without direction. Exercises considerable latitude in determining objectives and approaches to assignments. This role will have a specific focus on supporting finance reports within the Oracle ecosystems, both Oracle Cloud Fusion (ERP & FDI) and Oracle EBS, and all related subledgers. This role will understand business needs, care for requirements, and work closely with Tech on report delivery for Finance customers. Use your skills to make an impact

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree
• 5 or more years of technical experience
• Working knowledge of ad-hoc query tools and data repositories that support data extraction and manipulation
• Knowledge of Systems Development Life Cycle
• Experience in problem analysis and process
• Comprehensive knowledge of all Microsoft Office applications including Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint, and Visio
• Must be passionate about contributing to an organization focused on continuously improving consumer experiences

Nice To Haves

• MBA or other Advanced Degree
• Six Sigma certification
• PMP certification
• Demonstrated experience with process documentation and re-engineering
