About The Position

We are seeking a Senior Business Systems Analyst, Digital Workplace & AI Platforms to own the strategy, delivery, and ongoing optimization of our collaboration, voice, and AI-enabled productivity ecosystem. This role partners closely with business leaders and cross-functional teams to translate evolving business needs into secure, scalable, and user-centric technology solutions. Acting as a trusted advisor, the Senior BSA drives process improvement and automation initiatives, supports service delivery through ServiceNow, and ensures strong adoption through clear documentation, training, and performance reporting. The ideal candidate brings a blend of deep technical expertise, strong stakeholder engagement, and a passion for improving the end-user experience through modern collaboration and AI platforms.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst, Systems Analyst, or similar role
  • Strong expertise in collaboration platforms (Microsoft 365, Slack, Zoom)
  • Hands-on experience with AI productivity tools and enterprise AI adoption
  • Solid understanding of infrastructure, security, and automation concepts
  • Experience working with ServiceNow and enterprise request/incident workflows
  • Excellent communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution

  • Experience supporting global, enterprise-scale environments
  • Familiarity with identity, access management, and device management platforms

Responsibilities

  • Collaboration & Voice Platforms
  • Own and optimize enterprise collaboration and voice platforms, including: Microsoft ecosystem (SharePoint, Viva, Microsoft 365, Azure services) Slack, Zoom, WebEx
  • Serve as the primary business systems lead for collaboration tools, driving: Platform strategy and roadmap Feature adoption and enablement Integration across systems
  • Partner with IT, Security, and business stakeholders to ensure reliability, scalability, and compliance
  • Lead platform enhancements, upgrades, and vendor coordination
  • Improve employee experience through automation, governance, and best practices
  • AI & Knowledge Platforms
  • Lead analysis, rollout, and optimization of AI productivity tools, including: Microsoft Copilot ChatGPT Claude Glean
  • Identify high-impact AI use cases across the organization
  • Translate business workflows into AI-enabled solutions
  • Partner with Legal, Security, and Compliance teams to ensure responsible AI usage
  • Measure adoption, value, and business outcomes of AI initiatives
  • Infrastructure & Systems Enablement
  • Collaborate with infrastructure and security teams on platforms that support the digital workplace, including: Ansible, Tanium, GitHub BeyondTrust, Jamf, Axonius Virtual Metric, Secrets Manager
  • Provide business analysis and requirements for automation, device management, identity, and access workflows
  • Support integrations and operational efficiency across systems
  • Contribute to governance, documentation, and lifecycle management
  • AV & Media Platforms
  • Support enterprise AV and media platforms, including Vimeo
  • Partner with communications and enablement teams on video-based collaboration and content delivery
  • Ensure integrations and user experience align with collaboration strategy
