We’re seeking a Senior Café Manager (AGM‑level) to support daily operations across two units and deliver an exceptional experience for Amazon associates.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree preferred; relevant experience accepted.
3–5 years of food service experience, including 2+ years in a management/AGM‑level role.
Strong leadership, training, and communication skills.
Knowledge of food service operations, cash handling, and equipment.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
ServSafe certification preferred.

Nice To Haves

ServSafe certification preferred.
Bachelor’s degree preferred; relevant experience accepted.

Responsibilities

Oversee daily café, coffee bar, and catering operations; support the General Manager across both units.
Maintain strong cost controls for labor, food, and operational expenses.
Lead, train, schedule, and coach staff to ensure outstanding service and execution.
Ensure compliance with all safety, sanitation, and quality standards.
Support culinary operations, menu execution, and product quality.
Create signage for café, coffee bars, and catering.
Coordinate product movement between units; ensure timely organization and delivery.
Build strong relationships with Amazon staff and senior client partners.
Contribute to special events, promotions, and daily reporting.
