The Integrated Solutions, Modeling, and Architecture (ISMA) center assesses, develops, and evaluates solution architectures for our customers’ largest, most complex challenges across all the operational domains. In the Operations and Mission Analysis Department you’ll be part of a special team that analyzes the world’s most challenging threats and helps define new capabilities to counter them, pushing the boundaries of innovation, and leading the industry in operational modeling and simulation using our purpose-built software. You will work onsite in Tucson, Arizona.

Requirements

  • Typically requires a Bachelor’s in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM) and a minimum of 5 years of prior engineering experience.
  • Experience working with Department of Defense (DoD), Department of War (DoW), Military Technology (MT), Defense Technology (DT), or Digital Technology (DT) using any of the systems below: Secret Internet Protocol Router Network (SIPRNET), Joint Worldwide Intelligence Communications System (JWICS), Defense Innovation Unit (DIU), Strategic Capabilities Office (SCO) etc.
  • Experience reviewing different types and levels of classified information and following proper security requirements to transfer information between classified systems.
  • Active and transferable U.S. government issued Top Secret security clearance is required prior to start date with the ability to obtain and maintain SCI.
  • "U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance."

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in data analysis and statistics with large volumes of data.
  • Experience conducting analyses and studies, including how to define and execute a study.
  • Strong written and verbal communication with peers, management, IT support, and customers
  • Experience with intelligence data and analysis tool suites, along with standard community of interest databases to conduct data analysis activities using data from multiple sources.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with a team of engineers and managers to support multiple classified programs, leveraging intelligence information to drive mission success.
  • Perform research on adversary-related data in response to taskings from across Raytheon business units, ensuring secure transfer of information to and from RTX Digital Technology (DT) systems.
  • Assist in the creation and delivery of Sensitive Compartmented Information (SCI) briefings for Raytheon Senior Leadership, as well as monthly Secret-level briefings for a broader audience that includes Engineers, Business Development teams, and Program Management professionals.
  • Facilitate the transfer and integration of data from specialized databases, analytical tool suites, and commonly used community of interest databases.
  • Partner with the Adversary Threat Analysis Team (ATAT) conducted research aimed at addressing capability gaps that impact Raytheon’s current and future systems.
  • Provide support and coordination for necessary engagements with organizations such as the National Air and Space Intelligence Center and other intelligence agencies.
