Requirements

Licensed Professional Engineer (PE) with 7-10+ years of civil engineering experience, ideally in rail and transit projects.
Strong technical expertise across track, station, rail facility, and utility design.
Comfortable guiding clients and collaborating with senior leaders.
Natural mentor who enjoys developing junior engineers while leading by example.
Proficient with Civil3D, MicroStation/Geopak, or equivalent design software.
Collaborative, proactive, and committed to delivering high-quality, innovative solutions.

Responsibilities

Lead the design and delivery of stations, tracks, rail facilities, utilities, and related civil infrastructure.
Prepare plans, specifications, reports, and estimates, ensuring technical quality and compliance.
Develop project scopes, schedules, and budgets, and take responsibility for key deliverables.
Collaborate with clients, subconsultants, and internal teams to address complex design challenges.
Conduct QA/QC reviews, ensuring design integrity and regulatory compliance.
Contribute to project planning, coordination, and business development, representing technical excellence.
