About The Position

In this role, you will be responsible for managing World Class Client accounts, guiding a dedicated service team including Client Administrators and Managers. You'll have a significant impact on client satisfaction and retention, while also driving new business opportunities. Your leadership and collaboration skills will be key in fostering a strong team environment and maintaining effective relationships with clients. This role also requires a deep understanding of industry trends and client needs, ensuring that deliverables are aligned with expectations.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree plus 3+ years of World Class Client service experience or 6 years of increasing responsibility in the industry.
Valid California Fire & Casualty Solicitors license and valid Drivers license.
Advanced insurance designations such as CPCU or CIC.
Thorough understanding of insurance terminology, trends, and various Business Insurance lines.
Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Strong problem-solving and goal-setting abilities.
Excellent communication skills to present complex information clearly.

Responsibilities

Oversee ongoing account service activities including monthly production and activity reports.
Manage and collect receivables alongside the Client Sales Executive.
Conduct regular meetings with Client Sales Executive for updates and coordination.
Review and deliver summaries, proposals, and policies.
Lead and participate in meetings with clients to discuss their needs.
Maintain current Insurance Summaries and update them annually on all accounts.
