About The Position

Endeavour Solutions is hiring a Senior Account Executive with outstanding communication and sales skills to join our growing organization. Reporting to the Vice President, Sales & Marketing the Senior Account Executive will proactively engage with existing clients and pre-qualify new prospects in support of sales activities. This role will be responsible for bridging the gap between technical expertise, industry knowledge and sales efforts, and helping existing customers understand the value and benefits of a product or solution.

  • Strong proficiency in MS Office (Outlook/Word/Excel/PowerPoint/Teams).
  • Public sector experience is an asset.
  • Valid driver's license and able to travel up to 10 % of time

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate within the Sales and Marketing team to consistently build and maintain a rapport with new and existing customers including key CFO, CEO and CIO contacts as well as Director and Manager level Finance, Operations, ERP and CRM users in support of your sales activities.
  • Leverage analytic insight to prioritize opportunities and develop business development strategies.
  • Facilitate account reviews with existing clients.
  • Advance leads and opportunities through the sales pipeline using defined methods and established criteria.
  • Review sales objectives and results for target accounts and prepare action plans where improvement is needed.
  • This role is poised for growth in responsibility and income based on performance and quarterly/ annual impact to the business.
  • Assist on projects, assignments and other duties as assigned.
