You’ll manage a portfolio of accounts, ensuring our clients feel supported and valued every step of the way. Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree with 5+ years client service and/or claims management experience -OR- High School degree/GED with 10+ years client service and/or claims management experience.
  • 1+ years supervisory experience.
  • Appropriate licensing as required.

Nice To Haves

  • Previous insurance knowledge and experience managing client relationships.
  • Solid financial acumen.
  • Experience managing client accounts in a professional setting.

Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and their teams.
  • Partner with colleagues to deliver high-quality, timely solutions.
  • Take ownership of the renewal process, ensuring client needs are met.
  • Identify opportunities to expand services and coverage for clients.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to drive continuous improvement.
