About The Position

We are looking for a Senior Client Success Advocate that supports the account management teams. The Senior Client Success Advocate will be a contact point with all departments to ensure clients are supported and their needs are met. You will ensure that communication with existing clients is met, and their needs are supported. Conduct client training with new and existing clients.

Responsibilities

  • Update and maintain customer data in CRM
  • Monthly and custom report generation
  • Provide full support for specific client portfolios
  • Participate/Lead Client Training sessions
  • Work across all Departments to support Client needs
  • Assist in onboarding new Clients
  • Maintain monthly contact with existing Client base
  • Outbound Client calls to drive product adoption
  • Attend events within assigned territory
  • Manage relationships with PMC (Property management Companies) Clients
  • Grow revenue, increase sales (current & new products)
  • Increase participation and utilization by PMCs
  • Coordinate Client needs with ePremium organization
