About The Position

As a Senior Client Success Manager, you will serve as the primary partner for a portfolio of enterprise clients, ensuring they achieve meaningful business outcomes through your guidance and expertise. This role blends strategic thinking, technical acumen, and relationship management to drive client satisfaction, adoption, and expansion. You will lead the creation and execution of client success plans, align internal teams to deliver value, and proactively address challenges to prevent risks or gaps. Acting as a trusted advisor, you will influence renewals, growth opportunities, and advocacy while collaborating closely with sales, product, and technical teams. The role requires a results-driven mindset, excellent communication skills, and a passion for helping clients succeed in complex, dynamic environments.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree and 7+ years of experience in enterprise client management within a SaaS environment.
  • Proven ability to manage complex client portfolios, delivering measurable outcomes and fostering long-term relationships.
  • Strong technical aptitude with experience analyzing client data, martech strategies, and marketing automation platforms.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, able to present to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Demonstrated success in renewals, contract negotiations, and account expansion.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple clients and initiatives simultaneously.
  • Self-starter, detail-oriented, and able to thrive in dynamic, fast-paced environments.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the main point of contact for enterprise clients, building deep relationships across all organizational levels.
  • Develop, own, and execute comprehensive client success plans, ensuring client goals and KPIs are achieved.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Product, Engineering, and Technical teams to deliver seamless solutions and address client needs.
  • Monitor client health, identify risks, and implement strategies to prevent churn or issues proactively.
  • Drive renewal, expansion, and advocacy initiatives, managing contracts, negotiations, and commercial outcomes.
  • Act as a problem solver, providing both strategic guidance and technical insight to optimize client campaigns and processes.
  • Participate in pre-sales discovery conversations as needed to align client expectations with solution capabilities.
