  • Serve as FinOps Product Owner for stakeholder-facing capabilities, including dashboards, reporting, documentation, communications, enablement, automation self-service, and intake workflows

  • Lead a FinOps Champion Network across engineering, finance, and product teams, including cadence, roles, playbooks, office hours, and shared goals that improve stakeholder self-sufficiency
  • Drive FinOps cultural practices that improve governance and decision quality, including show back adoption, KPI standardization, tagging expectations, and cost ownership rituals

  • Build, maintain, and iterate dashboards and reporting in Apptio Cloudability, Apptio BI, and Turbonomic, ensuring metric definitions, data quality checks, and stakeholder usability

  • Identify optimization opportunities, and productize them into repeatable, automated motions, including detection, recommendation generation, execution workflows (with approvals where required), and post-change verification
  • Track adoption, realized outcomes, and regressions using measured feedback loops, for example, time-to-detect, time-to-act, and recurrence reduction, and continuously improve recommendation quality
