CGI Federal is seeking a Senior Cloud Infrastructure Engineer to architect, automate, and secure hybrid cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP) and container platforms (OpenShift/EKS)—driving CI/CD, resilience, and compliance. This position is located in Baltimore, MD

Requirements

• Ability to obtain and maintain Public Trust clearance
• Bachelor's degree +14 years of relevant IT experience
• RHEL (agency versions), Kubernetes/OpenShift, container image management, Satellite patching.
• Cloud networking, security standards (STIG/NIST/FISMA), CI/CD integration.

Nice To Haves

• Experience with hybrid cloud patterns
• Experience working with multi cloud governance at federal scale.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement IaaS/PaaS architectures
• Lead automation with Ansible/AAP and CloudFormation
• Manage IAM, VPC/ELB, storage (S3/EBS/EFS).
• Engineer OpenShift/EKS namespaces, images, registries, pipelines; implement monitoring, logging, DR.
• Author CAPRS root cause, infrastructure docs, POA&M/SSP contributions; deliver weekly progress.
