Requirements
- 5+ years of CNC programming experience in a precision machining environment
- Experience programming multi-axis CNC machines
- Strong ability to read complex blueprints and GD&T
Nice To Haves
- Familiarity with aerospace machining or other tight-tolerance industries preferred
- Experience collaborating closely with machinists, engineers, and quality teams
