Manages commercial activities for products which are available in production as well as the release preparation for products nearing commercial readiness. Provides improved reporting, visibility, and accountability for the steps in the commercialization process. Manages collateral creation (data aggregation from partners and digestion into reporting) for product pipeline and commercial status reviews, including meetings related to the commercial process. What Part Will You Play? Collaborates with the Account Management organization and the Issuer Product Group to ensure that sales opportunities are being identified, qualified, and executed against with the right support from product SMEs. Manages activities associated with pre-release commercialization of new product launches, including but not limited to product marketing, legal, pricing, vendor readiness, operational readiness, organizational training, and sales collateral creation. Creates ELT level reporting dashboards summarizing commercial activities for the EVP, Product to deliver on a monthly basis. Supports the product commercialization efforts in alignment with broader organizational efforts around how account management opportunities are addressed via a CRM solution, driving changes required to facilitate the right reporting and pipeline management in those systems. Partners with Account Management teams to consistently capture lead generation using a consistent and scalable approach. Collaborates with Technology on sales tool initiatives. Coordinates commercial activities for material client pitches, initiating reviews for opportunities meeting the review threshold. Leads coordination and training with Account Management, Product, and Value Added Sales required to qualify new product and other commercial opportunities. Builds approach for management of pipeline of client product performance evaluations/health checks to be executed by Issuer Product Group analysts. Manages execution of that client performance opportunity pipeline, driving the outcome of those analyses into the commercial opportunity management process.
