The Senior Compensation Analyst is a key member of the Total Rewards team responsible for designing, administering, and analyzing compensation programs that support the company’s pay philosophy and talent strategy. This role manages core compensation processes—including offer reviews, job evaluations, salary structures, annual compensation planning, promotions, long‑term incentives (LTI), survey participation, and recurring program administration. In addition, this role will support the company’s employee-level cost budgeting process, which includes modeling and budgeting total employee cost components such as base salary, bonuses, benefits, payroll taxes, retirement contributions, and LTI. This position requires strong analytical and financial acumen.
