About The Position

Under the supervision of, and in coordination with, the Digital Compliance Manager, responsible for implementing, administering, and supervising daily activities of the Mohegan Digital compliance analysts. Responsible for coordinating day-to-day activities of line-level compliance analysts, ensuring Player Account and transactional investigations are conducted and documented thoroughly, assisting with timely delivery of periodic regulatory reports, and coordinating required Mohegan Digital staff training.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance or a related field
  • Three years’ experience in gaming compliance; iGaming, social casino, or online gambling industry
  • Experience with and knowledge of general AML, Responsible Gambling, and player data privacy regulations
  • Leadership skills with the ability to manage a team
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills and pronounced interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to work independently under minimal supervision
  • Ability to maintain strictest of confidential information
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
  • Equivalent combination of education and progressive, relevant and direct experience may be considered in lieu of minimum educational/experience requirements indicated above
  • Knowledge of all regulatory and jurisdictional licensing requirements (individual and entity)
  • Adheres to compliance and workplace policies, standard operating procedures and jurisdictional regulations and laws
  • Knowledge of corporate and department policies and procedures
  • Thorough understanding of the Mohegan Tribal Employment Rights ordinance (TERO) as it relates to employment
  • Must attend all required Corporate Training classes
  • All licensing information courses offered by State and International Regulators
  • Knowledge of systems that will assist in the organizational efforts and other compliance department responsibilities
  • Understanding of Time and Attendance and Database Management systems
  • Fast paced office work environment
  • May sit in front of a computer screen for extended periods of time
  • Must be able to work various shifts and flexible hours

Responsibilities

  • Assists in day-to-day supervision of compliance analyst activities
  • Assists in internal and external audit response efforts under the supervision of the Digital Compliance Manager
  • Supervises line-level staff audits of gaming sites, gaming transactions, player behavior, marketing materials, and conducts periodic spot-checks of the same to ensure compliance with internal controls, policies, and regulations
  • Assists in ensuring timely submission of periodic regulatory reports, including suspicious activity/transaction reports, disbursement reports, GGR reports, as well as daily, weekly, monthly, and semi-annual data and compliance reports across all jurisdictions
  • Coordinates staff compliance training efforts and calendars
  • Assists in frontline incident investigation and response and, under the supervision of the Digital Compliance Manager, submits incident reports to regulators as necessary
  • Assists with development, drafting, review, and implementation of compliance-related policies and procedures
  • Supports line-level compliance staff with RG and AML-related matters
  • Other duties as required or assigned
