You will engage directly with identity and fraud prevention platforms, banking partners, and clients to create compliant onboarding and monitoring workflows. Requirements

3 to 7+ years in fintech, payments, banking, or financial services compliance
Proven experience managing AML and BSA programs
Hands-on experience with KYC and KYB, preferably using Alloy or similar tools
Ability to act as a named AML BSA Officer when necessary
Strong judgment and comfort in ambiguous environments
Excellent communication skills with clients and partners
Focus on pragmatic, scalable compliance solutions

Responsibilities

Execute and oversee AML and BSA program
Manage KYC and KYB workflows and exceptions
Conduct ongoing monitoring, reviews, and escalations
Coordinate directly with banking and fintech partners on compliance requirements
Communicate with clients regarding compliance inquiries and reviews
Draft policies, documentation, and implement internal controls
Support audits, examinations, and partner reviews as required
Design processes balancing regulatory rigor with customer experience
