As a Senior Project Manager, you will be responsible for providing project leadership, support and management to project contractors, vendors and resources to successfully execute installation of energy retrofit projects that meet the assigned project revenue and margin goals while meeting or exceeding the customer's performance expectations.

Requirements

  • Construction Engineering Technologies or Management bachelor's degree
  • 5+ years of experience or 10 + Years of experience as Project Manager in a related field
  • Proven experience in prioritizing and managing multiple projects at the same time
  • Solid understanding of facility infrastructure retrofit construction and associated savings generated by the implemented energy conservation measures
  • Strong understanding of field operations and competently conducts all aspects of the job requiring minimal support
  • Professional and effective communication
  • Highly organized with excellent time management skills
  • Ability to utilize Project Management tools: Microsoft Project, Revenue Forecasting Tool, Excel, Microsoft Office Tools
  • Excellent problem-solving techniques
  • Ability to build and promote a strong and productive team environment on assigned projects

Responsibilities

  • Train, manage, and mentor less experienced project managers across multiple assignments
  • Oversee the daily workflow of assigned project managers
  • Ensure financial performance of assigned projects, including revenue forecasting, accounts receivable collections, and cost re-estimation
  • Provide accurate project revenue and manpower forecasts
  • Monitor financial performance and develop corrective action plans as necessary
  • Implement strategic planning and execution processes on construction projects
  • Lead project teams in achieving safety, quality, and customer satisfaction goals
  • Resolve construction issues that may impact project completion
  • Ensure proper resource allocation for optimal project performance
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with customers, vendors, and contractors
  • Assist the Construction Operations Manager in reviewing and interpreting contract estimates, scopes of work, and terms
  • Coordinate with Engineering on scope definition, contractor/vendor selection, and product procurement
  • Participate in turnover meetings with Sales, Engineering, Measurement & Verification, and Construction Operations teams
  • Address contractor, vendor, or customer complaints and implement corrective actions
  • Represent E3 Entegral Solutions in all decisions affecting daily operations on assigned projects
  • Support a business culture focused on teamwork, customer satisfaction, and delivering effective solutions
  • Collaborate with Sales and Engineering departments as required
  • Execute all responsibilities through established SOPs within the Construction Operations Department
