Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred.
• 10 years of progressive construction inspection experience.
• Strong technical leadership and experience coordinating with multiple stakeholders.
• Proficiency with construction documentation and reporting tools.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with others.
• Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
• Reliability and dependability.
• Ability to work Monday – Friday, 8am – 5pm with overtime as needed.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee inspection services for major infrastructure projects, ensuring work meets project requirements and quality standards.
• Coordinate with contractors, clients, agencies, and other stakeholders to address field issues and support project progress.
• Oversee safety, environmental compliance, and traffic control requirements as applicable to the project.
• Maintain complete and accurate project documentation, including daily reports and compliance records.
• Support review and documentation of pay applications and labor compliance items as applicable to the project.
• Mentor and support inspection team members, providing guidance on complex challenges and reinforcing high standards of technical excellence.
